2nd they are super cute and romantic
3rd I'm leaving to see him in 20 days:D
4th I already have a clue where he will be, since
he told me he's holding the NY flag:D

um yea well when is your DBs graduation.
but yes he will perform for the graduation on march 14th and his of course so I think they just go ahead and perform for the week before their own if they're doing something special. how exciting though. what flag is your DB? Mine is NY

Cool! Yah it's March 14th. I'll have to see if I can spot him and his flag. Heh. My DB isn't actually holding a flag.. to be honest, I'm not completely sure what all he does. He said that he is Assistant Adjutant which means that he's the 3rd person in charge of the 9 divisions @ his grad. He told me he stands at the front and says something, but I don't know what!

I'm proud anyway, but I guess I'll just have to be extra proud. :) I have a few ideas for places I want to go, but I'm really going to play it by ear I suppose. Like, I wanna eat @ this one restaurant in Greek Town for sure.. then I was thinking about the Sears Tower, Navy Pier, John Hancock Center, probably the NEX to get some navy gear/pride stuff (cuz I can't find ANY around here), maybe the MWR place (like to Ross Theater or somethin), & I dunno what else. I'm sure we'll chill in the hotel some too.

and yea my friend that got out of bootcamp said they'll probably be weird
with us for the first day or so since they haven't been able to talk much

Oh that sounds awesome and I bet it will be pretty! Take pictures! But yah, I hope it's not bad either. I think they'll be a lot more relaxed as soon as they get off base. DB says he's starving all the time now (and he used to eat only about as much as me).. so I'd say even if he's tired, he'll for sure want to go out and get some food! It'll also be our anniversary, so we were going to celebrate that. Haha all this talk has me SO ready to go! I wish it were soon enough to pack.. that's one of my favorite parts. :P

Yah, you can't hold hands either. Well you can, but you aren't supposed to. You can only link arms, and I'm pretty sure only on their left side so they can still salute with their right hand. From what I've gathered from other girls that have gone through graduation, most say a quick hug immediately after the ceremony would be okay, but that the guys will probably be scared to show much affection cuz they can get liberty taken away for it. Yikes!
