I like all kinds of salads, from greens to pastas. I will think about mine and post the recipes.

Thats a hard one. Right now, I'm craving all sorts of salads. My favs are big spinach and romaine salads with ranch dressing. Potato Salad. Pasta Salad. And I always love a good tuna salad sandwich using the Pepperidge Farm Soft Oatmeal bread. OHHH YUMMMMMMMMMMMY!!!!!

Italian chicken pasta salad! I LOVE this!

1 package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package of rotini pasta
1 package of grape tomatoes
fresh broccoli
fresh shredded parmesean cheese
1 package of crumbled mozzerella cheese
1 bottle of zesty italian dressing

Cut up some chicken breast into chunks and cook in a frying pan til done. Cook the rotinit until fully done and cook the broccoli until fully done.
In a large bowl mix chicken, pasta, tomatoes, broccoli, parm cheese, mozzi cheese together. Then add the zesty italian dressing. Usually about 1.4 of the bottle but I do it by taste. Cover and chill for a few hours. Then serve! :eat

I LOVE this in the summer cuz I make it right when I wake up when its cool and dont have to worry about cooking later that night once it is hotter out!

I think my favorite's are a macaroni salad that I make and just a regular green salad with romane and all kinds of veggies tossed in.

Oh when Im in a hurry I like to take the ranch suddenly salad and add some fresh garlic, green onion, grape tomatoes and about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
