can you please post a pic of your bedroom furniture, tell me if you like it or not and if you're comfortable could you please tell me the price range you spent for it (if not, just leave that part out)?

I would really appreciate it! :D

Trav got us this bed...

http://www.ikea.com/PIAimages/22200_PE107067_S4.jpg

We have a entertainment table that is black and with a side drawer.

Our dresser was from craigslist for 35 bucks and comes with a mirror. It was brown but i painted it black and its got hot pink hearts over it from Anya and Timmy.

Pretty much everything is black and will stay that way too

Its not the best set up but it does well for us broke ass peeps :lmao

We LOVE this bedroom set. All hard wood and very good quality. We bought it January 05 when Tony reenlisted.

The store was having a big sale (Hanes furniture) and we bought the set for $1800 I believe.

This is what we have, we got the 6 drawer dresser, mirror, two nightstands, footboard and headboard. It's the Kathy Ireland City Crossings bedroom set and we got ours at the NEX for around 900.00 for everything except for the tall stand up dresser which I would love to get and its about 250.00-300.00 at the exchange.

We have a queen :)

The headboard is 7ft tall lol

ETA: When Tony is home we sleep all wrapped together AND I DO NOT co sleep with my kids so we have no need for a king lol. Plus we worry about moving somwhere and a king not making up to the bedroom lol.

The great thing about our bedroom set is it's kind of country looking so it can be in a room with fancy decor or very simple decor and look great both ways. That's why we chose it :)

Our set is very similiar to Sarah's. We love it. We don't have the tall dresser. We have an armoire and lingerie chest instead.

Ours was about 6K not counting mattress & springs, we got it at an Amish oak place in Libertyville. Cali King, solid oak, etc. I don't have pics of the whole set, I think... We have the bed, the armoire, nightstand, and "mule" 12-drawer dresser with mirror. ETA we have the blanket chest too. Our entertainment center in the living room we got at the same time, in the same finish.

Also, I wouldn't recommend getting this big of stuff. It made house shopping very complicated to find one that would accomodate all of our junk! (We also have a very large living room and dining room set.)

IT has another table on the otherside. We got the bed from JC Pennys for $100 and the tables from Mikasa for $20 for both. What can I say, we are bargin shoppers. Also you can get the footboard with the bed, but because the room itself is so small we just got the headboard

We've had our bed for about 6 years now. It was cheap and its falling apart. The foot of the bed used to match the head but Cory would climb ove rit and shook it so much it broke. I love having the canopy and I will buy another canopy bed next time. I don't like this bedding set Im going to buy the fabric to make a new set next payday. The rest of our room is hodge podge.

This is what we got back in August....

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v521/princessdnott/100_2509.jpg

Edited to add.... We got it at rooms to go, it came with a triple dresser and 2 night stands. We bought the armoire seperately.

I think grand total was right at $3000.

We bought ours at the exchange. I've always wanted a sleigh bed. I only wish I would have chosen a light color because it seems hard to match it. I love it anyway.

The blanket is there until I figure out which comforter set I want. There are nice ones at Mervyn's and Bed Bath and Beyond.

I don't know where the receipt it, but maybe about $2,000.

I just moved and got new furniture so its still very simple. I didn't want to get one of those sets that came with everything, my bedroom is too small for that. So at Ikea I was able to pick and chose pieces from different areas and make my own set. The bed (queen size) cost about $279 (without the mattress), the side tables were about 50$ each, the TV Stand was about $70, the rolling table going over my bed was $79 and the lamps were like $15 each. I have all our clothes and toilettries and shoes and everything organized and hidden away inside our big ol closet.

we got ours 9 years ago at a little bitty shop in our home town while home on leave. Ours was 2800 at that time. It is solid Pine and has tall fat posts that reach 7 or 8 ft tall on all 4. then we got the night stand, the chest of drawers and the dresser with mirror
Will try to get a pic later
