been to a TMJ dr before?
I have a consult with one because the dentist can't fix the problem and they do not accept UC:rolleyes Everything has to be be paid up front:mad
a consult is 135.
but the lady did tell me that it is covered under medical not dental and I have no clue how to go about it:thinking

No but i will be soon! My insurance doesn't cover TMJ at all!!! So when Grant and I get married I'm hopeing that the medical insurance will cover it! It is so friggin painfull, I don't understand why they wont cover it!!!!! :banghead

So sorry you have to go through the pain...I have a really bad disorder and went to one in Dec. 2004...prob. gonna have major jaw surgery when I get back stateside...I can feel your pain:hugs

I will deal with the pain. I have for the past 15 years it has just gotten REALLY bad lately :( We can't afford it cause they have already told us that all 3 kids need braces :shock
