I recently just purchased the hooked on phonics Preschool, Kindergarten, and Spanish sets for my daughter *they were free after rebate lol* We are just casually "homeschooling" so I figured these sets would help. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! My daughter loves doing things on the computer and loves the music/songs! Theres progress posters and coloring books and STICKERs! lol. I highly recommend them to anyone who either is new and needs some guidance, or just wants something thats already nicely put together! We haven't started on the Kindgergarten or Spanish ones yet, I figured i'd start with preschool first lol

Awesome! That is so good to know, we plan on putting ds in preschool, but I also want to work with him at home a little on top of that. It'll be a little while, but still very good to know!! :tu

All of that is in the hooked on phonics sets?! Wow, back in my day there were just the books, audio tapes, and stickers...but I gotta say it, hooked on phonics worked for me! It led me to be in all honors classes in english from middle school on.

They have a ton of sets now, handwriting, first and second grade - not sure how high of grades it goes to. Lots of math ones!! I'm really impressed with them.

I was wondering the same thing, I just purchased Hoooked on Kindergarten for my son so that we can kind of ket ready for kindergarten. DS can take things a little slowly sometimes, especially anything challenging so I wanted to get some of the reading basics and math basics done over the summer before he goes to school, basicaly to avoid in class meltowns. I too was extreamly surprised at the amount of aweosme content in the kits!! it came with handwriting, math and reading sets and I am just amazed at hwo well they explain how to use them for the parents. we are starting Monday :)
