OK sooooooo I think its Locke's funeral. I think Aaron counts and he is Claire's. I don't think Ben can die (or the fact that his is off island with Sayid doesn't mean too much) because I think the entire premise of the show is time travel and Ben (just like Charlie can be in two times or "planes" at the same time. that's why Charlie was "there" but dead too....get it??) You knew that Micheal was the one on the boat he had to be right?

And everytime they say that they have to "GO BACK" they don't mean back to the island they mean BACK IN TIME to fix it all!!!! Jacob somehow holds they key maybe the cottage is a portal??

The fact that they found another plane with 300 and how many dead people in it means that Ben must have manipulated the flight somehow with time travel. What if there could be more than one of everything at the same time but just a few minutes away from its self with entirely different outcomes based on minute changes in detail?????

I don't keep up with Lost anymore... I had a falling out with one of the guys at my old house where I used to go every Thursday to watch with them.. and I am too wimpy to watch alone :sadeyes I do think you are onto something with the time travel theory though. I will have to catch up on all the episodes when DB gets back. :)

I think you've made a very good point. Derr I didn't even think of "go back" as meaning time travel, but that makes LOADS of sense. Since they keep saying "Oceanic 6" they lead you to believe only 6 survived... but then Jack said something about how every time he tells that story it seems more real. Meaning.. everyone is still back on the island? Or at least some people are?

And yeah, now that I'm thinking back to the newest Sayid ep, Ben is alive, so he's probably not the one who's funeral it is. At the end of that ep, Sayid said something like, "But now they know I am coming for them." And Ben replies, "Good." Sooo, is Sayid doing Ben's dirty work and killing off members of those that came on the ship/helicopter?

And yeah, I totally guessed that Michael was on the ship. Those commercials were waaaay too obvious- "Someone you never thought you'd see again!!" And why would they bring back Boone or Sharon? >_< bleh

I'm thinking maybe women never make it to child birth on the island has to do with Ben trying to keep Juliet on the island... he must mess with the expecting mothers somehow, but since Clare was out of his reach, she gave birth.. and Juliet is just paranoid and still under Ben's control since she believes Sun is going to die.
Either that or the babies are super sensitive to the time travelling rift on the island and are going back and forth in time while still in their mother's womb. Doesn't really explain Clare, but it's an interesting thought.
