oh yeah but to answer your question, totally forgot, i met my DB when we worked together at our home town before he became a sailor.

I met mine on the military shuttle that goes from Bolling AFB to the Pentagon

Met him when he was home for leave. I work with his best friend and was asked to hang out with them one night.

we met well before he joined the navy.

We met after he had done 4 years and gotten out. I worked with his sister and he came in to see her. The next time he came in she told him I wanted his number. That was over 8 years ago. 1 1/2 years after we met he rejoined the Navy and has been back in now 6 1/2 years. We have been married over 7 years and have 3 kids.

Also..although I can see why you'd want to date a troop, why not civilian guys? With military guys you run the risk of getting orders across the world from each other and not being able to do a damn thing about it.

Met my sailor years before he became a sailor! He was 16 and I was 17 when we started dating. We'd actually been married 4 years when he enlisted. I know that doesn't help you any, sorry.

i just wanted to post and thank everyone who told me where they met their guys. especially those of you who told me to use hot or not. i was dating a non military friend for a while but we decided that it was best to just be friends. he ended up not being able to hack the thought of me in the army. which is fine im glad we are still friends. but i did meet this amazing sailor. he is the best guy i have ever met and i owe it all to you guys who told me to use that site. i wish i could hug u all and thank u for the help. ive finally got everything straightened out and its good now. ps i still have to change my pic to my new db but im on my school computer and i dont have a pic of him here.
