How do you make yours?

I like to use both, more by hand because then I get to use my Kitchen Aid.

Oooh, I've been wondering if I should buy a bread maker or try it on my own! Good questions.

I use my bread machine. I don't have to worry about it. I use my kitchen aid for other things.

since valentines day, its been all about the bread machine! LOL

I like the machine because of how easy it is when I have other things going on in the house. But when I have time I make it by hand.

I need new pans!! I love a good hand made bread!

I don't make "bread" in the machine. I use it for dough. I make buns afterwards.

I always make them by hand, and even do the kneading by hand. I have worked at quite a few bakeries, and to me, it just seems more home-made that way. No mixer in my house. :D

I agree!!!! I need a new bread maker though. Mine is about 10 years old and starting to make funny noises.....LOL.

I mix it in the bread machine and shape it by hand

I have certain breads I make by hand, and others I will just throw in the bread machine.
