Have you guys seen(or used) this(Your financial information is recorded and stored, and you simply use your fingerprint to make purchases)? I saw it in a gas station in Chicago a few months ago and really, I'm not sure what to think.
Isn't this just one step from microchips implanted in our hands?
Who else is creeped out by this? Thoughts?

Nope... wouldn't do it. I'm fine with my plastic and cash, thank you. I would not want my fingerprint getting into the wrong hands... or my financial information for that matter. If some one steals your credit card, you can cancel it and get a new number. If someone .... ummm... steals you fingerprint (which I'm sure could be done) it's not like you can cancel it and get a new fingerprint.

thumb prints vs microchips... hm personally idk if the government is allowed to put microchips in ppl who do not want them... despite the consipracy theories... IMO. No I do not think so. It is a way to differentiate ppl in my view.

Yeah, but they could make it nearly immpossible to purchase anything WITHOUT a microchip.....but as for me, I'd rather starve to death then have the goverment control anything they tried to implant in me. :wowsers
