Hello... I am in need of an easy but healthy idea of something I can take to work and eat at my desk for breakfast. I don't get up early enough to eat before I leave for work. I hate just eating poptarts even if they're fat free.
Thanks in advance!!!:D

I have a rough time with this as well :giggle
I usually end up just drinking a protein shake in the morning to hold me over till lunch, my co-workers usually just eat fruit...so I dont really have too many good ideas :lol

ya I was drinking the carnation good start instant breakfast drinks, but you have to have milk with that and I don't want to bring milk to work. But ya fruit is a good idea!!:D

Those Weight Control Oatmeals are actually pretty good. Normally, I'm not a fan of oatmeal because I am hungry 5 minutes after I eat it, but this one has added protein and fiber to help you stay full longer. Or, if you like cottage cheese, I cut grapes in half add some cottage cheese and walnuts, and it is super yummy! I also eat protein bars in a pinch.

I do the slim fast shakes, they have vitamins and hunger supressing stuff.

You can get individual servings of shelf stable organic milk which you can keep at work for you instant breakfast... (if spoilage is part of the issue why you don't want to bring milk to work)
Or you can get pre-mixed instant breakfast cartons. (I love those)
I love bagels and cream cheese or PB. Other than that I do some sort of pastry or something.

I used to do the slimfast shakes, and that was great. I like yoghurts too, that might work? Maybe if you mix some fresh fruit into some yoghurt?
