Ok, so I'm doing research on scholarships, grants and loans right now. I already know where I want to go to college. But as of now, I'm getting ready to graduate, w/o a job and listed as a dependent of my parents. My b/f and I will probably be getting married sometime between Jan-March...hopefully. My question is..when should I fill this out? Now or wait till I'm married? Does it matter if I get a job or if I get married? I'm confused...:thinking

I would call the financial aid office at the school you are planning to go to. They are very helpful and will put you on the right path.

I would just list yourself as a dependent for now. you can always update your Fafsa come Feb 1st. of each year.

i agree, call your school...but make sure you apply for hope credit and lifetime learning credit on your taxes after you have been in school...lotsa $$$ :D
