My DB is due back from Iraq VERY soon. The return date is within a 5 day window right now. I will get a definite date this week from the FRO but we still have a little more time before the actual day. Once they settle on a definite date, how often... if at all... does that final date change? What are the odds of that date changing?

The date/time always changes. I know I got the actual day about 4 days ahead of time, but the times he was coming in always changed.
Originally it was a Thursday at 11 pm, then it was Friday at 3 am, then cancelled that and said 4:00 pm Friday. When they finally got to Ireland, we got the exact time, which was 12:00 am Saturday, and then a half hour delay lol.

Just get to green ramp about an hour before hand. To get a good seat:D
Although, a lot of wives and family get pushy because they're so excited lol

I just hope my boss comes around and lets me skip the conference. Right now he is not too open to that. I pray it works out. I do not want to miss this homecoming nor do I want to get a letter in my employee file but I will to be there to see my MArine!
