I just got off the phone with DB. He went on to tell me that he was talking to one of his commanders today about becomming a Ranger mostly but also talked to him about the Green Barrets.

They think/believe he has what it takes... wich worries me so I am wondering somethings.

He knows that he has to wait to get SPC but can do the packets right now (he hopefully will get SPC in a couple months to a little less then a year) and then their is school.

How long is the schooling for the Rangers and Green Barrets?

Also, will ither make his time in the Army longer then his intital 8 years?

I know nothing about them and my Friend is unreachable right now to get some answers from her hubby :mumble
