i went and talked to one of my teachers today (still waiting to hear back from the other). she was so understanding about the deployment and my not really knowing how to deal with it. she excused 2 of my absences and is letting me make up a reading response. i'm so thankful and i told her that. i told her that i was sorry and that i feel now like i'm getting a better hang of the deployment.

just wanted to share! :D

oh and i just looked at classes for next semester. i still kind of want to take it off, but also i don't at the same time. i'm not sure yet what i'm going to do :dunno but i put a schedule of classes together just in case. i think i'll sign up for them on friday (when we register) and then i can always drop them before the semester starts if that's what i decide to do.

the only reason i'm not wanting to (aside from being over school :lol) is because i NEED a new car, not just want one, but now need one. i'm going to work ALL summer (already was told i can have full-time AND a raise), but i want to be able to not struggle to make the payments once school starts if i go. also, joe's homecoming is in october so i want to be able to go up there for a week or two.

:hugs maybe instead of taking the whoel semester off can you take intensive classes or maybe just two classes or something? i know Chico State is diff but im sure you will make the right decision:)

thanks :D they don't have any intensive classes for my major, but the schedule i came up with allows me to work all day MWF and go to school monday morning til 9am and that night for one class and then the rest are Tues/Thurs 1230-445. plus i wanna take summer school class even if i take the semester off. so unfortunately i couldn't nanny :sadeyes but dana would be able to work me alllll day MWF! so i might do that :D

well thats cool:) good for you:) lol my classes are ALL intensive short classes lol so we have no choice and get one week in between the quarters...so that means 4 weeks off all year :P not cool luckily your schedule is much more flexible:)
