Recently on the Naval base here in Guam, they raised the drinking age to 21. It is 18 on the island, and until last month if you were 18 you could drink at the base bars. (As far as I know you can still drink at 18 on the Airforce base)
Anyway, I guess my question is.. Do you think that the drinking age on base should be whatever the drinking age of the location or do you think since it is a "National Law" that the United States legal drinking age is 21 that it should remain 21 no matter where you are, as long as your on base?
