I was just wondering what you ladies thought of everything surrounding her murder...I was watching the news this morning, and I find it honestly amazing that the military, police & gov't haven't been able to find Caesar Laurean. They just issued a new picture of what he might look like. Hopefully they catch this guy soon, IMO he's a monster. How could you killl a woman and her unborn child?

I can't believe no one's spotted this guy since January. I hope they find him ASAP :(

When I first heard the news I was livid. Still am. I find it completely unbelievable that no one can find this sad excuse for a man. I also can't believe that more action wasn't taken to prevent it from happening in the first place.

Didn't she file complaints about him? I'm not going to bash the Marine Corp or any branch..but the way they treat females is ridiculous. I know we've all heard the stories about SOME of the women who serve (a female in the airforce tried getting MY DB to come over to her barracks while he was deployed), but that doesn't exempt anyone from basic precautionary measures.

I really don't know but I'm glad you brought this up. I've been wondering if there was anything new about the case. I heard at one point that the Marines wanted her body for DNA testing to see if the baby was his but I never heard the outcome.

My DH was told that if he see's/hears about sexual harrassment/rape to keep his mouth shut. He was incensed! He said "I don't serve this country so that people can rape women and get away with it."
