PB&J Banana Rollup
2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
4 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs jelly
2 peeled bananas
Spread peanut butter on each tortilla, then add jelly. Put peeled banana on right edge of each tortilla, roll up and serve. 2 Servings

Snack Mix
3 Cups plain popcorn
1 Cup peanuts
3 Cups Quaker Oatmeal Squares or Chex cereal
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Pop popcorn and set in large bowl. Add peanuts and cereal. In separate small bowl mix butter with Worcestershire sauce. Pour over popcorn mixture. Adult should bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Creamy Fruit Dip
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
Combine all ingredients together and chill. Serve with fresh fruit.


Mini cheesecakes
lemon Jell-O gelatin, 4 serving size
½ Cup boiling water
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
2 Cup Cool whip
Nilla wafer cookies
Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners. In each liner place one Nilla wafer in the bottom of each muffin cup. In bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in gelatin. Add whipped topping into cheese mixture. Stir gently. Spoon into paper liner. Chill 4 hours. Serve with berries or pie filling on top of each mini cheesecake.


Easy peach crisp
2 cans sliced peaches, drained
2 pkgs. Cinnamon and spice instant oatmeal (dry)
1/3 Cup flour
1/3 Cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare a 2 quart baking dish by buttering the sides and bottom. In a bowl combine instant oatmeal and flour. Add butter and stir until mixture is crumbly and butter is distributed throughout. Sprinkle over peaches and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Spaghetti cupcakes
8 ounces Cooked spaghetti
4 eggs
1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
Jar of Spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Have adult cook spaghetti and set aside. In bowl beat eggs, then add parmesan cheese, and spaghetti noodles. Grease muffin tins and press noodles into muffin cups. Top each with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Have adult bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
