I applied for our FRG and was wondering where I could information on the FRG handbook or class.
I didn't take the FRG class so I would like to play catch up before my interview.

Try Fleet and Family Services. I am still waiting for a call back form them. I have heard they have a ton of information but have yet to see any of it. I have been Pres for our FRG for about a month now and we are trying to get it restarted. Let me know if I can be of any help.

Just type Navy FRG into your browser. I did that with Army FRG and got PAGES of responses, took time to sort throught them all, but I eventually found about 3 different handbooks and leaders guides. Good Luck!;)

If your FFSC doesn't have them, you can order a copy for yourself or your entire group through Familyline (theirs is a booklet on getting a group started)... Here's the list of all their publications. http://www.lifelines.navy.mil/FamilyLine/GetOurPublications/index.htm I've called before and my publications were here within 3 days.

I agree about going through FamilyLine, but it you want stuff right now then walk into your FFSC and they will probably load you up with stuff. Good luck with your interview!!!
