Did anyone go to the Red Bull air race here in San Diego last year? We are going to go, but are trying to figure out if it would be best to get tickets for North Embarcadero or South Embarcadero :dunno

We are going on Saturday...I think :lol not totally sure yet....but that day the tickets for military is only $10.00. When I went to check out just to see what it would cost it said for 2 of us it would cost 23.50 (a 3.50 service charge). They have different prices for shipping the tickets...but they do ship free for regular mail I believe.

OMG I'm going to it too!!! I'll be out visiting my fiance the week of the race! And his other officer friend invited us out on his boat to watch the races!!! I'm actaully really excited to see it. I have no idea what this race thing is though. Hahaha. I wonder if we need tickets to go and watch it from the boat? I know that sounds dumb, but I want to make sure we get tickets if we need them so we can definately go!

Hey, Ryan got an email stating that active duty members can go to North Island and watch from the opposite side of the base. They will be setting up bleachers and you can also bring your own seating... all of which is free! :yahoo

Really!!!!! That is awesome! Some of the rules that we were reading said that we couldn't bring seats...all we could bring were seat pads so that is awesome!!
