For game coordinators:
A master list of people who have failed their end of the bargain has been started. Any staff member can access this list so if you are coordinating a game and would like it so you can deny those who have failed on other games just ask. Likewise if you coordinate a game and someone fails to do what it is they signed up for, you can have their name added to this list.

For participants:
Sign up for these games is completely optional. PLEASE be sure, when you sign up, you will be able to follow through. Some games to have a gift with it and you will be expected to spend the appropiate amount or what not. If you sign up and an emergency comes up then let your coordinator know asap. These games are for fun and it is no fun when someone is expecting something and never recieves it. If you are busy, wont be able to follow through etc then don't sign up. No one is going to be mad if you dont sign up.

PLEASE remember that the games are optional. If you participate there is someone out there depending on you to play the game, send out your gift, send out your cards etc. In the past we have had too many people flake out on their end. Which is why the list was devised.

So. Lets have fun with the games and remember, only sign up if you are truly willing to participate

I wanted to add that there IS a master list of people who fail to follow thru. The list consists of everything from warnings, probations and bannings. Game coordinators will get this list. People have been warned time and time again to FOLLOW THRU. Its all optional to play people. So dont sign up if you dont intend to follow thru. If you flaked on a round, chances are your name is on the list period. Whether it be probation or banned.

i cannot wait to try this . i still have until july but it is exciting non the less. and i think its good that you keep a list of people who have not participated like they are supposed to . it keeps people from being let down repeatedly.

No I havent been because truthfully if you flaked you should know your name is added. They are normally PM'd when they try to join another game

:yes I've just been telling people as they ask about the next round or whatever. I did have to PM someone and tell her that I revealed who she was to her SS and I did go ahead and tell her then that she had been added.

It just isnt hard to follow thru ya know? I joined the cupid round and I have a deployed hubby, 2 kids, had major surgery etc and still kept up with it. I set all my ecards up in advance, asked a friend to sign on my SS name the day of my surgery to post a little hello and the like. If yuou sign up follow thru. Its easy to do. And if you cant then dont sign up.

that is sooo true. I have done 2 rounds myself, but really it's not that hard to keep it up. Not to mention almost every e-card service has advance delivery and you can set them up way in advance.

Soooo true! I takes 1 minute 3 times a week to do what you're supposed to do. I don't see what's so hard about it.

Yes, absolutely. Please stay in touch with the secret sister coordinator about this, then she will report them to us if necessry.

Yes def!!!! I always ask that if you have problems to please let me know so that I can first try to resolve the issue and see if we can get it going again or forward the info to the admins. We want everybody to be able to have fun and that wont happen if people's SS aren't following through.
