Well I really enjoyed the first one but I saw requiem in the theatre and it seemed more of like another alien movie the predator was hardly in it and I'm sorry but I don't really care for any movie where a child dies.

I really liked the first AvP movie but I'm sorry, Requiem sucked ass hardcore. It was so awful I walked out of the theater and asked for a refund. I honestly think they focused too much on the violence toward children in the movie, showing pregnant mothers being attacked and a room full of newborns with an alien drooling outside was just grossly inappropriate even for a horror movie.

Besides that, the acting was deplorable!

Well I liked it...

I thought it was awesome but it could have been longer not enough action between Aliens and Predators....I think they should do a Predator movie on their Homeworld they had a small cut of the planet in this one.....that would be sweet.....

I'm glad I'm not the only one who liked it!! It sucked seeing the kid die and the pregnant women die but I mean come on if Aliens were to invade it's not like they would say oh well lets leave the women and children alone :rofl

I was thinking the same thing I was like okay he is going to die but he will wind up beating the aliens at the end.....I know what you mean the aliens don't care who die.....but could you imagine how freaking awesome a movie on the Predator homeworld would be.....that should be the next one....because the aliens are even more dangerous when they come out of a predator......maybe a human could accidently get on the ship and go to the planet or something......I dont know would be good though.....

Nah I'm sure we'd win afterall nearly all hollywood movies end with the humans winning. But it'd probably seem like we were losing right until the end then someone would have that one liner.. "take this mother fucker" and then blow them all up..

It's the little things that bugged me on the first one.

The gestational period of the aliens, didn't match the movie.
Snow storm in Antarctica
Running around in a very thin top in extreme temperatures??

The blatant lack of basic research just annoyed the nerd in me.:screwy

Eh I know predators wouldn't leave kids alone if they did invade earth but it just seemed like they were overly trying to say, "HEY LOOK THIS PREDATOR IS GOING TO EAT ALL THESE BABIES AND KILL THE PREGNANT WOMEN!" Which to me is unnecessary.

Like I said, I enjoyed the first AvP movie a lot and I like the Alien and Predator movies but I just did not like this one. They really could have done better acting and had a more solid plot in my opinion. Really I was just disappointed after seeing the first one. If there is a third one I'll probably try to see it, hopefully it will be better than this one. It would be nice to see more of the predator home world.
