Anyone know what the Caesar's Palace Apartments look like?

It is on W. Hallmark Ave.

Is that a safe area or no?

I haven't heard of it.

hallmark isnt great. avoid killeen itself if you can....the closer you get to downtown the ickier it gets. stay towards copperas cove to the west, or harkers heights to your east. we live to the east, still in killeen but away from rancier....
