people!!!
Well yesterday, I drop my son off at his cooking class (if you have the Young Chefs Academy in your area...COOL COOL COOL). Then I went to target to exchange some things for the girls. Once inside, I was surprised with sooo much stuff on Clearance. I was like a pig with fresh slop. Ok anyway, I didn't get to finish shopping because the girls decided they didn't need a nap today and it was catching up to to them.
So, I went and did what I came in the store for in the first place and left. I got them in the Van and strapped in. Then tried to start the Van and NOOOTTTHHHHINNNGGGGG! The Dang thing was dead. Ok, my first instinct was to panic because I need to get my son from class in about 30 minutes. Then I remembered I don't have jumper cables and I couldn't find anyone with them neither. So I remember...Calm down silly, you are across the street from the mall....Helllllllooooo Sears.
So I walked over to see if they could help any. Well at first the guy was like well ma'am we are not allowed to walk with you to jump you because you are officially across the parking lot and blah blah blah. I am beginning to panic in my head again because time is ticking and I don't know how I am going to get my son. I am new to the area so I know NO ONE. Nearest family is Ft. Bragg....2 hours or Charlotte hour and a half. Well anyway, I think the guy realized that I was frazzled and said let me call my manager to see if we can make this exception and if he doesn't I will clock out and just help you on my own. Well the Manager ok'ed it. He gave me a jump and told me to go get my son and come back. Mind you by the time I got my son and came back the Auto center would to be closed (they said they would stay to help me out). So I rush to get my son and get back to Sears. Long story short....They replaced my battery, helped entertain 3 tired children, and gave me a military discount.
I think I surprised them because I told them I don't know if you believe in God or not but you are going to be truly blessed and if they didn't....Karma is on their side! They told me they weren't expecting me to be that thankful. But I could have been walking on the side of the road crying with 3 children if they didnt help me. I truly was thankful.
But anyway, Dh PT final is today, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks ladies!!!! I have 11 more days!!!!
