OHHH Meyer Lemon trees!!! Sorry, I didn't even click the link to see what this post was about- I have a Meyer Lemon and a Persian Lime tree. I love them!!! :) They make me smile, so I think everyone should have one. Both mine are babies, the lemon is only about 7 months old and my lime is a year and a half.

Again, I apologize for the random thread jacking....:lol

I saved the link for when our deck is finished! I want some trees on the deck and I would love a lemon tree! I may even look into a full size lemon tree, to see if they are hardy out here.

Not sure if you can plant them in the ground...but they are small enough for a planter so that might be ok

I think if you left them in the planters they should be ok...I did read something that they wont ship them there, but I think if you left them in a planter they should be ok.

Well technically you're not supposed to bring it into California. CA has quite a few agricultural checkpoints. I know there's a checkpoint in Temecula and another one we ran into when we took trips to Vegas!
