There was a big hype, and I never really heard ANYTHING about it, like any facts or anything. Did you see it? Was it good?

Saw it. Was very disappointed because I liked the book. But it wasn't bad, just not as good as it could have been.

Haven't see it. Would like to though.

I've never the point of making a movie from a book and leaving out all the best parts.:puzz

I never read the book....so it was good to me :lol It's not my favorite movie, but I would watch it again.

It was....okay....

I read both books and I hated the movie... Maybe if I had watched the movie first it would have been different. But I loved the book so much more...

It was good..it did leave out A LOT of the book and that was kinda sad!

My thoughts exactly! I had to turn it off about 30-40 minutes into it I was so annoyed by the whole thing.

The books so far are good (though I can pick out most of his big influences being a big fantasy fan myself) and I'm looking forward to reading the third but I'll be avoiding any more movies if they come out.

I heard a bunch of negative about it and just recently saw it. I enjoyed it, thought it was a cute movie. I haven't read the book so I'm not sure how well it matches up but I'm one of those people who isn't bothered by the differences when a book is made into a film since I understand that there will have to be differences because of the medium.

I like it :D
