The USPS will give free packing materials to Send military care packages.

Call 1-800-610-8734, choose option 1, choose option 1 again. Ask for CAREKIT04 (Military Care Package) It takes 7-10 business days to arrive, and they send enough material to send 8 care packages, including packaging tape, customs’ forms and boxes. They give you a customer ID number and you can order several kits if you want, or wait until you run out and call back and order another one.

It DOES NOT COST ANYTHING, it's completely free.

It is great! I got mine last week and it came with 8 priority mail boxes, labels and the USPS tape! I sent my 1st care package yesterday :)
