ok well my df will be doing a 2 year tour in guam pretty soon and I wanted to know whats the best thing to do with phones?? I mean we have a shared plan but once he goes it'll be costing him like 1.60 per minute and thats a ton..any ideas

I would look for phone plans esp for international use. You might have to go with a different company, but google it! Good luck!
