Ok San Diego ladies. I need help on what sort of clothes to bring to visit my fiance later on this week. Shorts? Dresses? Or long pants?

Thanks for your help in advance!

I'm not in san diego--but I would bring a swimsuit. And something sexy to wear at night. :D

I'm not there currently, but I was born and raised in socal

Chances are this time of year it's gunna be pretty hot

So I would suggest lots of summerwear, with a pair or two of pants just in case

I'd bring capris! I live in them out here.. The past couple days have been really hot, and it hasn't been cooling off that much at night.. I'd bring a pair of jeans, some capris, tops that work with both, a dress or something if you're planning on a dinner date, and a light/fleece type jacket for the evenings.

Bring a light sweater that will go with several things. If you are going to be by the water there is a nice breeze most of the time. Inland it gets warmer. Don't forget your sunscreen and also a hat or cap. Nothing sucks worse than sunburning the part in your hair!

I would also bring a good pair of walking shoes just in case you will be sight-seeing. Nothing worse than wearing the cute shoes and end up on a walking tour (I've done it-OUCH!). Have a great visit!

EXACTLY!!!!!

When we were stationed there I always kept a pair of jeans and a sweatshirt in the trunk for everybody, cuz once the sun goes down you can't really tell if it's going to stay warm or get cool until it's too late!

I was just there. And since I've vacayed there a few times to see DB, I'll just tell you what I usually bring.

Shorts. Lots of shorts. / skirts for going out. Fun shoes. Beachwear. And a pair of pants and a light sweater/jacket for the evenings or any sort of freak weather. I was never colder than that and I ended up being there for a cold snap.

For sure sun dresses and shorts. Here it is 9:23pm and I am so hot in my house. I really hate that this housing does not have a/c.

it has been SO gorgeous in the day and tonight was WONDERFUL.

DF and i went hot tubbing at 8pm, got out and just laid under the stars, it is REALLY warm tonight, but yes, some nights get cold, but most wouldn't consider it cold, it's "San Diego cold" which is bearable. You can check the weather out here, SD weather has been changing- quite random this April, sometimes its HOT and the next day it rains :[ SO i would definitely bring shorts, summer dresses, capris, but pants and a light sweater if its chilly at night.

HAVE FUN !! enjoy my beauuuutttiffulll city

Thanks for all your help ladies! I wish you guys could see my suitcase! Hahaha! My fiance is going to kill me when he sees all the clothes I brought! I am suuuuuuuuuuuuuuch an over packer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :giggle I swear, I have packed enough clothes for probably a MONTH'S vacation, not just 6 days!!! Lol.

2 pairs of capris
1 pair of jeans (I'm wearing the other pair on the plane)
3 pairs of flip flops
1 pair of heels
3 pairs of shorts
3 jean skirts
5 dresses
5 spaghetti strap tanks
5 Old Navy tanks (the wife beater type)
5 shirts
3 other tank tops (more going out tank tops)
4 long sleeve shirts
Wearing a sweatshirt on the plane

Now just gotta weigh my suitcase to make sure it's under 50 lbs! Hahaha.
