Hey Ladies,

I havent spoken to my Hubby but he text me after his appointment today. Info is very limited ... he just said he is being transferred to another base in Kuwait and then at some point (unsure of when depending on availability) he will be sent back here to the hospital. Not sure how long for or if im going to be able to see him. He just said they told him he is being sent back for treatment and now has a guard with him at all times. Im so worried .... i know nothing and dont know how to feel or cope.

I just want my hubby back!

hopefully, if he is sent back home, you will be able to see him. my hubby's supervisor hurt her knee while out in iraq and they sent her to germany to have surgery. once they completed the surgery, she was returned to iraq for the last 5 months of her deployment. she said it was nice to rest in Germany though. the gov. gives you money to buy some civilian clothes while you're in the hospital and she said she got some really nice stuff while there...i guess that's a perk. :/

We are stationed here and the place they are sending him is 30 mins away. I dont know whats happening .. just called my FRL to check and he said he knows nothing, he basically wasnt interested in speaking to me and said your hubby is getting help and put phone down. I hate this place, so just want to go home!

He probably has a guard with him for a suicide watch. It's just a preventative measure--and it means that they're taking this seriously. You should be able to visit him in the hospital once he gets there. I'm sorry your family supportive is unsupportive--ours was too. Hang in there -- I know you're worried--but he's leaving the theatre and he probably can't tell you much because of OPSEC.

What does FRG/FRL stand for?

FRL is Family Readiness Liason (and G is for Group) lol and he is crap at it!

I really hope he gets better. Its good he said something about it....and is getting treated. I wish you luck!!!!!!

If he is going to have a mental evaluation they will keep a guard with him.
Did you tell him not to sign anything without legal advice.
Look back at the previous advice I gave you in your earlier thread and in the PM.
