The rats know that they are not supposed to take a crap in their hammocks or on the platform. I walked over to check on them and freaking Pebbles had some "gifts" for me. I was about the tweak him on the nose and scold him but he looked at me with his rat eyes and was squinting as if to say leave me alone. I couldn't do it.
My husband always tells that the rats don't listen to me like they do to him because I am a sucker for their cute ears and whiskers. Whereas as all he has to do is call their names and they will pee because they're afraid of him. He's not abusive to them at all. He just doesn't put up with their mess like I do.

I am inorant as all hell. I had no idea you could housetrain rats! I mean...I know they are good at mazes, and tasks...I just never thought of it before. :arg
You rock. Your babies are a little spoiled maybe...nothing wrong with that. :teehee

hahahahaha. my little sister's dog is the SAME WAY with me. she'll do something naughty (like pee on one of my parents' silk rugs, for example..) and I'll say "LOCA!!" (her name) and she'll squint her eyes at me bc she KNOWS she's in for a nose-bopping. :lol
