We went to the most amazing awards presentation this afternoon. My middle ds (ADHD & learning disablilites, etc) received the Cox Gulf Coast Inspirational Student Hero Award for his school this year. We were so excited for him. His teacher (she ended the school year with him last year when we moved here, I thought she was an awesome teacher. When we were told that ds would have to repeat 3rd grade, I begged for him to get her as a teacher again) She was impressed by how much everything had improved for him this year that nominated him from her class for this and he ended up winning for the school.
