I will ask her the exact recipe, but from what I remember, you put uncooked rice in water and let it soak overnight. then you use the water from the soaked rice, and then the actual rice you grind in a blender. then you add sugar and cinnamon and voila. The Mexican restaurant last night made an unsweetened version and I just used Sweet & Low. It tasted no different. :) |
