I already posted this in the during deployment section because I hadn't realized there was a newbie forum! So if you have already read this I apologize! =P
Hi everyone my name is Jen and I'm 22 years old. I'm new to this site.
My boyfriend's name is Mike and is in the Air Force Guards. We will have been together 3 1/2 years next month. He is on his first (and hopefully only) deployment. He will be gone a total of 6 months. So far it has been a little over 2 months.
It's been really hard on me being away from him for this long. Before this we had only been away from each other for 2 weeks. Some days are worse than others.
I joined the site for support and to be able to talk to people who can actually relate. I hope to get to know you all!
