Do enlisted get to have the arch of swords at their wedding? I've only seen them at Officer's weddings.

DH says chiefs have sabres and officers have cutlasses.

Oh, so since he's (going to be) an e-4 we wont get the arch...only chiefs?

My cousin want to make an arch for us with his friends, but they are all marines. Is assuming this is a major Faux Pas, right?

BTW, happy mother's day Victoria!!

Hm, I wonder why I never see Navy weddings (for reg. enlisted) with the swords (ok, I've only seen 3!)

The Y!A didn't indicate whether it was ok for someone of a different branch to walk under another's arch, anybody know?
