Why is it that my cat only wants to sit in my lap or be pet when I'm doing something else? Especially if I have the lap top in my lap. She's so silly. She always has to be the center of attention.

My cat does that, he gets in my room and
tries to lay on my keyboard to get me to
pat him, I try to push him off the desk and
he jumps right back up. till I kick him out
of my room or he gets the hint.
