I always feel soo bad when its rainy outside, and Sophie doesnt get a chance to go for a long walk (she hates the rain just as much as i do)

I feel so guilty, like shes stuck in the house all day and then shes stuck in the house even after I get home from work...

What do you do with your dogs on rainy days? anything? or am I just being the crazy dog owner that i am

We have a fun game of "Chase Steph" around the house :lol

We just run around the house or throw the ball around until they're pooped.

Yeah Maya will run out and do her business and then run back in. She won't even stand out under the porch where it is dry. She hates the rain.

I let them play in the house, I just move the coffee table out of the way and pray they don't run into the tv or windows. They are a nightmare when it rains because they don't like to go potty

If you're psycho dog mommy, then so am I :D I have smaller dogs but they act like they will melt when it rains outside :rolleyes (Seriously, my old dog gets pissy about walking on dewy grass, she's total prima donna doggie). We live in an upstairs condo and I just throw a ball down the stairs for my jack russell when it rains. For some reason, she never gets tired of running up and down the stairs :dunno

You are not the only one! I have a very hyper dog and if it rains I can't leave her in her outdoor pen while I am at work. I don't have proper rain coverage for her so she has to stay in her kennel. It kills me to do it to her. Usually when I get home I chase her around the house and we play fetch to get rid of her energy.

Ruby is a big priss about the wet grass, too:lol I brought home some of those hot pink disposable booties and DH about died:rofl They work, though! She has no problem getting her back wet, so long as her feet are dry while she does her business.:lmao
