Do you tend to buy really colorful things or neutrals?

I am looking at a new dress, and it comes in a pretty plum color, but I'm drawn to the black! :lol
I've been really trying to buy some tops with punches of color, but I seem to get a lot of gray, black, white, navy blue.

I love colours! I tend to buy a lot of scarlet tops and dresses.

I tend to get the neutral colors too. I am very drawn to black as well. Most of my clothes are black, white, brown, and pink.

It depends. I like a bright colored top or dress. I think it depends on my mood when I shop too. I do tend to stick to the same color palette though. Mainly the darker colors or greens and browns.

I'm drawn to green and brown and red... oh and black too :giggle

DH tries to put bright pink in my wardrobe. Oy.

I have an unbelievable amount of black. I just like it. I think I look good in it, so I just buy what I know looks good. But I'm the same way you are, I want to add some more color to my closet! I'll buy something with color, but then I never wear it. But, most all of my underthings are brightly colored! It's weird now that I think about it.

I tend to buy colors, I love pink, magenta, purple....

I am pretty neutral...I do often buy bright colors...but they are in a solid print...I can't do loud prints...not very often...I prefer dark colors...

I love color! I don't have as much as I used to though. My favorite color to wear in summer is white because its so crisp and it makes me look semi-tan! :lol I also have a lot of black and navy. The two colors that are probably in my wardrobe most are red and green. I used to wear a lot of pink but I think I might have one pink top now?

If it counts I do put a lot of color on ds. He has a polo shirt in every color and lots of madras!

Colors! Specifically bright colors. Neutural colors wash me out something fierce, I look like I'm sick in them.

I love bright colors. However I tend to stick to buying neutrals.

i have a good mix of both. i have mostly black pants (for work) that i wear with colored shirts.

I used to buy nothing but black but now I have a lot of colors. I'm really into the salmons, yellows and bright blues right now.

I have both but I think I have more colorful things. Not a lot of bright prints though, more solids.

I buy a lot of color. Pinks, teal and many colors besides yellow and orange

I like a lot of colors, but my basics are neutral, that way I can mix and match

i tend to buy neutral especially in the fall & winter. some of my spring/summer clothes have more color.

I'm drawn to anything yellow. I love yellow, white, or corals in the summer.

In the fall I'm more of a brown, grey and taupe person lol

i buy mostly colors. black and white both look like crap on me so i try to avoid those. but i buy jewel tones. right now i'm on this really big green kick:shrug

I shop at hollister and A&F and of course all their stuff is colorful BUT I notice I tend to buy the browns, greys, whites, and blues of whatever shirt I find and like lol.

Neutrals.. when it comes to clothes, makeup, to decorating my house.. usually neutrals..

i have a lot of neutrals but pair them wiht bold stand out pieces. if you usually go for black get the plum.

I like neutral creams for tops, but I also love purples, pinks and teal. Teal is the boldest of them I get (the others are usually muted).

BTW Elizabeth, that teal color (I think it's a scarf) in your siggie picture looks amazing on you.

i have a ton of clothes in grey and blue. my whole life, i've always been drawn to grey and blue (mostly navy, lol)

but i do have a lot of colorful clothes, as well as black & white... it just seems that the proportion of grey & navy to everything else is kind of ridiculous, lol

Aw thanks! yeah it's one of my fave scarves. I have another one in a more blue teal color, love that one too. I do color in scarves for sure, cause it's in a small amount :lol

neutrals for sure. 75% of my closet is either white or black. lol. i'm trying to add a little flavor of color here and there. mostly greens. i'm working on it. lol.
