Just checking in on you guys! How are things going? Any progress? New tips?


My pants are all getting loose! I am seeing more tone in my arms and tummy. I am not loosing too much more weight but i think I am gaining muscle so thats good.
I am so excited about it, I still have 1.5 months (or so) until I see him!

Tip: For sandwiches, I squish alvacado, add salt, pepper, and lemon( to keep it good). Its healthy and better then mayo, or butter!

ugh...I"m doing fine, except I keep getting asked if I'm "going anorexic"....so annoying.

Last I checked I had lost an inch off of my stomach... but then my mom came to visit for the weekend, I didnt work out for 5 days and we ate out a TON. I've been scared to check since then, but am working out tonight!

My tip: Use the buddy system when working out. I try to make "dates" with my girlfriends to go to classes or to meet up at the gym after work... it makes it a lot harder to not go!

mmm that avocado tip sounds delish!

i'm down about 6 lbs!

i'm also changing gyms so i can employ the buddy system!

Im down 2lbs and finally broke in the 170's. Total lose= 43lbs
Not doing so good this past week though, are too much junk and didnt workout.
