Seriously, it's enough to drive me mental. First, I moved out to California by myself and got seriously conflicted messages on my room and board situation. (I'm now paying 340 or something like that per month which I was never told I had to pay before I came out here. :vent :vent :vent) Secondly, I had two infections - which I had to spend 150 dollars - total - clearing up. Thirdly, my friend's brother died of cancer this past week (I had gone to school with him) and NOW my co-worker's (my friend who is a guy) mom died last night of cancer. :sigh:sigh:sigh

Why does it all go to HELL when your SO deploys?

Murphy's Law. It happens to all of us. It sucks and I'm sorry that you have to deal with it. Eventually your skin will thicken and you will become bitter and wrinkled like me.:D

I hate to tell you, but it doesn't get any easier. You find ways to deal with it and then the military ups the stakes. It is a constant battle to keep from ripping your hair out.

You'll be fine, mostly because you don't have any other options. We all just keep marching on because the alternative is worse.

I hope you get to feeling better soon. I wish we were still in SD. I'd let you stay with us. We had a huge house with an extra bedroom and I could have used the company!

:yes That's exactly it.. Murphy's law takes over.. It can seem overwhelming, but knowing that you won't be handed more than you can really handle helps.
