I'm not a runner by any means and for the past 3 1/2 weeks i've been doing a fitness bootcamp and at the beginning they do a timed mile and I had to wal/run it bc I couldn't run the whole thing... well monday I ran the WHOLE mile...I am so proud of myself....:cp

I've recently started going back to the gym as well, I do the treadmill thing every day and I can't WAIT until I can run a mile straight! I'm so proud of you!
How long did it take you to build up the stamina for that? I mean, has it been just the 3/5 weeks or have you been working out longer than that?
Girrrrl I am SO out of shape...but I am loving being back in the gym!

becca it litterally took me the 3.5 weeks....and LOTS of determination...my trainer ran with me for 2 of the laps and kept pushing me and on the final lap I played Fighter by christina agularia and mentaly told myself I couldn't give up...I have my boot camp 3 days a week I"m so sad it's over this friday I'm going to have to really keep myself up and going....You can do it girl I know you can!

:cp You will be amazed how much you will me able to do. I started off (again) with one mile and just built up. Running can suck!! That is awesome!
