I am just wondering if anyone did the Compass program when they got to their first station? Seeing as this is my first PCS and my first time being near base, I thought it would be good for me to go to the Compass. Just wondering if anyone else has and what they thought about ithttp://www.lovinmysailor.com/forum/images/smilies/wub.gif

I took it and loved it. When this deployment is over and my frg duties are a bit lighter, I will look into being mentor for them...

Compass is great, and not only for new spouses.. I've been considering taking it myself, and I'm "old hat" at the Navy life..

I'm glad you said this because I'm going on Monday, after being a Navy wife for almost 13 years and being in the Navy myself before(years ago though, before being married). Before I joined up for it, I thought it was only for new wives so I felt silly but my friend said she's heard of a lot of 'seasoned" wives going so I said what the heck. Better late than never.
