Never never take a prenatial vitamin on an empty stomach. I won't be making that mistake again.
I just got busy cleaning up while DD was still in bed, took a vitamin before I put them away and didn't think to eat oops.

oh sorry....I remember the first time I did that....:whew I was sick all morning and tasting the vitamin all day. I hope you feel better quickly....go eat some crakckers or something to help a little :hugs

I've been feeling better, I think I just had to get the pill out of my system and get some food in me. It's just one of those things I thought I'd never forget from last time but I sure did.
