Then he was told that he was choosen to do ASI:arg. then the ERB said Ft. Lewis, WA to report in june :cp

Now the erb went blank again:vent, he was told that he is on the list for Korea. :vent:vent:vent:sigh

and if he gets korea, what are the chances of us going?

But a lot of the times, I heard orders to Korea are unaccompanied. =/ But I think there's some that are accompanied.

What is his rank? From what I can see since I am here in Korea is that the higher ranking he is the more likely you can get command sponsored. Even if you don't get command sponsored you can still come over non command sponsored but there will be limitations like you have to pay for your own flight, apply for an A-3 visa, you will not be able to get a drivers license in Korea and you would only get COLA for at the single rate. You still get OHA at the with dependent rate because you will not be allowed to live on base as NCS but you do get a ration card and exchange and commissary benefits as well as SOFA (status of forces agreement) stamp in your passport.
