I'm just wondering how all of you organize the baby clothes. I just finished washing all of the stuff that was given to me or I bought secondhand and now I'm lost. lol I'm just staring at all these piles of clothes. :dunnoI have all his brand new stuff hanging up in the closet. I have an empty dresser. So....how do you have everything organized?

I keep socks in a cute basket on top of the dresser, then I have recieving blankets in one drawer with burp cloths. Next I have the drawer for onsies and sleepers. Then the next drawer is for one piece outfits. The next drawer is for shirts/pants/shorts. as they get older and the clothes get bigger, I have to separate the last drawer more. I also sometimes separate warm/cold clothes

I have Lyrics stuff separated by
Size, type (play/around the house & going out), and then color
So all of her 18 month play pink shirts in 1 place, all of her around the house purple clothes in another

I have a three drawer dresser...the top drawer is 0-3 months the middle is 3-6 and the bottom is 6-9 and anything I might have larger then that. I keep bibs and such in baskets on top of the dresser. For her hanging clothes there are sections in her closet and I hang them by size as well:)

I just had everything in one drawer. As he outgrew the 0-3, I boxed them up and labelled it, restocked the dresser with 3-6. So on and so forth.
I started out with better organization, but it's just so pointless when they're that little and you're so sleep deprived.

everything is organised by type and size. All the good things and better looking clothes (not house clothes or pj's) get hung up. The other stuff gets put into draws. Socks, mittens and shoes together, hats and bibs, tops and onesies, and then pants. I love folding baby clothes.

I have a large 5 drawer dresser for this baby. Right now I'm keeping 2 sizes in the dresser.
I hang up the nicer outfits.
Top drawer is socks, t-shirts and hats. Newborn is in the front and 3-6 in the back.
Second drawer is Pj's, sleep n plays etc. newborn in the front and 3-6 in the back.
Third drawer is outfits. newborn in front and 3-6 in back.
My 4th drawer is still empty.
The bottom drawer is extra sheets and blankets.
I don't have much clothes at all right now, but when I get larger sizes they will probably go in the 5th drawer and hang separate in the closet.
Bibs and burp clothes are in the drawer in my changing table and the towels and wash clothes are in one of the baskets on the changing table shelves.

Here's what I did with DD's stuff:
I put cute little outfits together in the closet but when it came to everyday items like onsies, socks, and pants I put those in the dresser. The dresser was right next to her bed so it was easily accessable. I figured the normal, non-dress up stuff needed to be at hand because DD could need a change of clothes at any given moment.
