GAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I wish dh were home! I just spent forever putting together an f'ing bouncer! lol I still have so much stuff I need to get and put together. Blah! I just don't think I can wait though, dh comes home too close to the due date. Anyone wanna loan me a handy husband to put all this shit together? :P

Aw, I loved putting together all the stuff. Well the smaller stuff anyways. The big items like the crib I left for DH.

If I were closer I'd definitely help.

Good luck!

You could always have a little "put-together party" make some sandwhiches, invite all your friends over, and let them help you put all the stuff together

The book case was actually easier than the damn bouncer! WTF? lol I'm not buying the changing table til Joe gets home...I don't think I could carry it up the damn stairs.

My husband IS here and I'm still putting everything together myaelf :lol He did help with the crib though. I would have hurt myself doing that one myself.

My bouncer actually took a bit to put together.. my swing on the other hand was EASY.

Have you done the stroller yet? That was actually the only task that had me nearly in tears. lol I enjoyed getting everything ready while DH was deployed but man oh man...that stroller was a nightmare.

Just a warning...you may want to find a friend to do it for you.

I have everything together did it on my own but yet to take on the jogger. Its heavy and a pain in the butt to even get in the house. I am sorry that sucks you have to do it on your own. Hope you can get it all together with out too much more stress.

When I was pregnant with DD I had a friend come over to put stuff together for me. DH was on deployment and wouldn't be home until after the baby was born. I ended up paying him in food. He was living on his own and tried of going to moms house for a home cooked meal so I made him dinner 3 nights in one week. It was a good trade off.
My DH is very handy, if he weren't on deployment I'd consider loaning him out.

That's a great idea!
