I am planning my wedding and am trying to come up with a special, unique place to hold the ceremony and reception (preferably in the same place and inexpensive!!!) Any suggestions?

we are in Rapid City, SD. I have lived here my whole life and have scoured my brain for every place I can think of. i had some great ideas, but they are all too expensive!!!!! I really don't want to fork over my life's savings for a wedding!!!!

Oh my gosh, are you kidding??!!! We JUST PCS'd here and are getting married in a month! We are having our wedding and reception on base (EAFB) and they've been great with everything. Also it doesn't cost you any booking fees, rental fees or anything--so if you guys are military, that might be an option to check out! Are you stationed at EAFB or are y'all with the Guard?

We aren't Air Force. We both go to school at BHSU and will be working on base this summer temporarily through the student program. He is re-enlisting in the Marine Corps this summer so we will probably be gone by the fall. we are planning on getting married in August. Where did you PCS from? Like I said, I have lived here my entire life, so if you need help finding something around town or the hills let me know!!!!

What about a church with a reception Hall? Or a local community center?
