We find out the sex of the baby next week!!! Im so excited!! BUT Im kinda scared that the baby will wont show his/her goodies. Did you ladies eat or drink anything before the sonogram so the baby was energized? The place Im going to told e to drink a cup of orange juice before I got there. Any other suggestions?

How exciting! I never did anything special - then again my appointments were always not long after breakfast so I had juice anyway - and my kids were always cooperative.

I think I had some juice before and at First Look they have little granola snacks for you to eat while you're waiting.

Orange Juice will make baby move around so that is a good thing:) I had a small snack before hand too just to make sure!

Don't tell anyone but I had a can of Mountain Dew beforehand (in addition to all the water) :shhh :lol. Lydia was really uncooperative so I wanted to make sure this baby was hopping (and we got the goods about 5 minutes into the u/s, he was definitely moving around just fine :D).
