I have a bad back, 3 herniated disk and arthritis. I stopped taking my celebrex for the arthritis b/c I cant take it in the 3rd trimester anyway, but the dr said that I can do physical theropy. What will they do?

Have any of you done PT while preggo? Does it work?

I did last time, but for completely different reasons. I also ended up having massage once a week which helped TREMENDOUSLY(sports medicine center, not a spa massage).

I would think it would be harder to deal with your back without affecting the pressure on your uterus, but I have no idea...I would say it is definitely worth a shot! My leg and hips definitely thanked me for going!

my doctor said I could go to chiro whenever I want. That might help also
