pampers or huggies?

Pampers! But, really it all depends on the baby. I started on swaddlers and now we use cruisers. All else breaks him out.

I like the Pampers newborn but then switch to Huggies size 1. That was for the boys. We'll have to see what happens with a girl. :teehee

We used huggies, and most of the time she was in diapers, we bought them from Sam's... saves you a lot on name brand diapers!

I'm wondering which ones to buy, I was going to later on further down the pregnancy road, prebuy some - I thought pampers, but than I see huggies. I'm like :suspect hmmmm :thinking in the baby aisle. Which one is better??

OK, for us...Pampers for Boys....Huggies for girls

I used mainly huggies with ODD till she got older then luvs. With the other kiddos I just used luvs since I had a good record with them. It really does depend on the baby ODD would get a rash from pampers with aloe in them ( i don't think they make them anymore) so I had to dump the whole pack. :sick

I always swore by Pampers Swaddlers and Pampers Cruisers.... now I use Seventh generation because of my kids skin allergies.

pampers! huggies give DS a rash (we used them when we was younger though) and so do the cruisers by pampers so we just use baby dry.

Pampers swaddlers for newborn switched to huggies around 7 months on.

I just switched to cloth from huggies and seventh generation. Cloth is pretty simple, and actually holds in the wet better than disposables! :lol

I have some of both. I'll let you know when we start using them. :D

I LOVE swaddlers for little ones, but since ds got a little bigger only huggies can contain the messes he makes.

Both, huggies durring the day and pampers at night, but we have since moved on to pull-ups.

I work in day care with children 6weeks to 18 months and pampers seem to be more popular for girls than boys.

Neither. DS wears Luvs. However when he was born and his first few months we used Pampers Swaddlers.

Pampers swaddlers then converted to Huggies....the kirkland brand is identical!

huggies...whenever i was breastfeeding, the pampers wouldn't hold anything in because of the netted fabric. huggies absorbed a lot of it and it didn't spill out.

used pampers swaddlers when DS was born but then after a month switch to huggies. right now in australia, i am using huggies crawler...it's perfect for DS.

Kylee was always alergic to huggies so we used either pampers or luvs

My babies would only wear luvs. But when I did buy them other stuff, it was strictly Pampers=]

Pampers. And I used Huggies for awhile. We started off with the Swaddlers and then when he grew out of those we changed to Huggies Supreme and then when he started being mobile we changed to Pampers cruisers. The huggies dont hold all that much IMO and now we are using Pampers baby dry for him because you get 20 more diapers per box then the cruisers and work just as well:) We will be going straight from swaddlers for newborn to the baby dry in size 1 so we dont spend as much this time:)

PS...DS was allergic to all the other kinds, Luvs and Parents choice.. We only have the choice of Pampers or Huggies.

After reading the majority, looks like Pampers Swaddlers are a hit.

The new Huggies Supreme ones are so soft and cushioney. I will be using those. I can't make DH understand that paying a little more pays off... Im a diaper snob. After working in a daycare and dealing with every brand on infants I realize that yes those diapers are cheaper but I go through double what I do for the more expensive ones so they are still buying more diapers and not really saving anything.

Pampers was the only thing that fit DD's bottom until she was 18 months old. Everything else would leak like crazy.
