Disneyworld!!!!:pinkie

I've been a few times before BUT my husband and I are going this Christmas for my graduation (it's his 1st time, how exciting)! :bliss Anyways...I've been searching EVERYWHERE and was wondering if any of you ladies have stayed at Shades of Green? I've been looking for cheap packages for about 4 days, in a disney resort, and maybe with a dinner package. But, I stumbled upon shades of green and was wondering about any special packages or discounts they offer military families?
I know I can call their phone number but I thought that I would ask if any of you ladies have stayed there and what kind of CHEAP Disney packages you have used?

Have fun!

I've stayed at Shades of Green!!!! Actually I stayed at it before it was a military only hotel... its beautiful and the first Disney hotel I ever stayed at.. It has a mickey mouse shaped pool :D I would definitely try and call right away because I know that they get booked super early for Christmastime vacations because we tried to get in there last New Years and couldnt! Ooh and there are meal plans, I'm not sure how much they are, but if shades of green is booked, I believe all of the hotels give military discounts (I could be wrong) but I would try the All Star Resorts, they are the less expensive of all of the hotels but still super cool!!

I worked for Disneyland for a few years and know that its best to just go ahead and call and feel free to ask 101 questions about anything they do for military families. :) That's so exciting!

Off topic: December graduation huh? I graduated in December. It sucked because I had to wait until May the next year to walk. Do you have to do that or does your school have a ceremony for Fall grads?

Okay... :offtopic
